Go ahead and contact us so we can get started. We will research your deal and provide ideas and options for you.
What does a deal gift cost?
We have several different levels of pricing and they are based on the concepts themselves. Each is estimated separately, whether it’s a standard shape or custom design.
I don’t see what I’m looking for on your website or product brochure. Are there more options?
Our ideas are limitless. We are happy to provide custom sketches based on your specific deal. Your account representative can be on hand to work with you.
Can I send you items to be embedded?
Yes. We recommend that you get in touch with an account representative to obtain more details on the way to proceed.
Are the items provided for embedment guaranteed?
No, these items cannot be guaranteed. We recommend that we replicate them whenever possible.
Is there any risk when embedding precious or rare objects, such as a childhood souvenir, a family heirloom, or a Super Bowl ticket? Since the results are too unpredictable, we do not encourage clients to proceed this way nor does it guarantee this type of embedment.
Why perform an in-house test?
To confirm whether an item can be embedded in acrylic. However, such a test does not necessarily ensure the desired result in the pieces ordered. Since there is no guarantee on any items supplied by the client, it is advisable to have DealGifts replicate them whenever possible.
What are the regular turnaround times?
Standard turnaround is 3-8 weeks following approval. If you have an event or closing dinner, we are happy to expedite this for your convenience.
Do you do rush orders? Yes, provided we have received all of the necessary items. Please contact your account representative for the charge related to this service.
What do I need to send for artwork?
We accept art on PhotoShop, Adobe Illustrator and Indesign. Please send art in a creative outline format and include all fonts in your design. Maximum file size is 20mgs for email art. Please send larger files on CD or disk via next day delivery. You may also speak to your account rep for specific artwork requirements.
What are the options available for personalizing acrylic pieces?
Printing on acetate and laser engraving.
What is the best way of providing you with the names to personalize acrylic awards?
The names can be faxed or sent by email using Excel.
How can you match a colour for printing?
Pantone is a universal colour matching system that tells us what colour inks to use. Pantone colour numbers may be referenced for desired shades, however exact matches cannot be guaranteed. For more information on Pantone colours, visit www.pantone.com. We are equipped to develop a colour match by using a sample of the chosen colour or its coded reference number from the PMS™ chart.
Do the printing colors change after the embedment process?
What's the difference between an acetate and a paper insert?
Both are printing substrates, which differ by the fact that the acetate is a transparency that produces the illusion that its printing is floating within the acrylic piece while the white paper insert does not yield this effect.
Is it possible to match acrylic to any colour from the Pantone™ chart?
Yes, except for metallic colours. Matching colours is an intricate task, which in some cases does not yield the intended colour exactly but match it as close as possible.
What is the best way of cleaning an acrylic item?
It is best to use a mild detergent in warm water and to wipe the piece with a soft cloth.
What is the standard allowance for overruns and underruns?
In the industry, the standard is ±5%.
How much is shipping?
For orders that are not a rush, we ship economy service. Please call for a quote.
Do you drop ship?
Yes, we can drop ship to your multiple locations.
What are your terms and payment options?
Our terms are net 30 days. New customers will need to complete a credit application at the time of your first order, or pay with a credit card. We accept Mastercard and Visa.
